How do you build aluminum cabinet blanks?

Hello forum.
We want to start producing aluminum cabinet signs at our shop.
The depth varies from 1" to 3".
We have a chop saw and a welder.

What is the best way to do it?
Do you glue faces to it (weld mount) or do you weld it?
How do you treat the seams and the corners? Is it appropriate to use bondo?
How do you secure threaded studs inside?

I think you can start by having a simple drawing, blank cabinets? the image you show is a background with a bunch of sequins. If those are the studs you are referring too. They sell the boards with studs on them you just snap the sequins on them.

The studs are the hanging hardware.
It's a 2x2 square tube, mitered corners, aluminum faces glued to the frame.
