I do most of my browsing from my phone these days.. Can't even see that link. I know what you want and your better off doing it with css. A simple color choice menu can switch the image overlay into whatever you create.
This opens you up to all browsers and not limited to flash.

Pretty simple, design it up on your design software. Unless you are cut and paste shop and in that case make your customer get it for you. Simple art.
