Banners Signs Etc.

We have all run into problems with our equipment. The jobs keep coming, we must keep producing, and the part is at least a day away.
Either your printer or your plotter, what are your more memorable rigs?
How many coat-hangers are holding your old junker together?
Rigging is what separates us from the monkey.
I cracked the cyan adaptor/manifold on my RS-640 angrily fiddling with it when the cart didn't tell the printer the ink ran out. Lost half the cyan nozzles.
After a few cigarettes and cussing I jammed a (ink stained) paper towel between the black and cyan dampers pushing the crack shut. Went on to print a 20 foot blue banner for walmart. Printed for days before part arrived.
