I hate bringing up the past, but unless you were a paying Merchant Member, no one else could hawk their wares or even really answer requests on the forum or behind the scenes in PMs or e-mails.

I see quite a bit of this going on lately and have no idea what/how the present administration views on this type of procedure is. I've looked around, but so many rules have been changed or ignored, I don't know what is what.

Can someone with authority explain your policy at the moment ??
