How save my Ink in Cycles Ink through the heads

I bought my mutoh 1614,a moth ago. I 'd like to know how is best way to save my Ink (Cycles Ink through the heads). I trying several things (sleep clean, etc.)
Are there any estadist about of the loss the Ink in this process.

The ink is meant to circulate to prevent the heads and caps drying.
