how to adjust ink settings?

I bought the sihl 12 mil 3608 pvc and the prismjet 13oz banner glossy rolls. Printed one of each today and the quality looks great but the ink comes off with a very light touch of the finger nail across it. The heaters are working and I have no idea what to try next.

Does someone have screenshots of where to adjust how much ink is being put down? Or is their a tutorial somewhere I can watch? I have flexisign 8.5 software.

production manager - > job properties -> color management -> ink limits

but they should already be set in the profile

did you try and find downloadable canned profiles for the 2 media?

I looked for profiles but no luck.

I just went to the ink limits and got the limits changed to 50% and did a test print, the color is very light but still rubs off.

I dont understand what I'm doing wrong.
