how to contour

Hi ,,,I made a palm tree image with the 3 point curve tool and I am trying to do a contour but every time I try it , It says contour to large.
Any Ideas? Also I cannot put color in the image. I click the green while I have it with the pick tool and it will not fill. Is it because it is made with the 3 point curve tool? Thanks

without seeing the file hard to say, did you try grouping it and then try the contour. If you want to send me the file I will take a look at it. sales@fairwaylaneltd.com

As far as the fill go up to view and make sure you are in Enhanced view if you are then make sure your shapes are closed.
