How to cut paper rolls

Hi

Does anyone know with which machine I can change the length of paper or foil rols, eg I want to cut a role with 30m of paper and which has a length of 106cm into 2 pieces like 100 cm and 6cm or 60cm and 56

You would need a roll slitter/slicer. Check your local sign supply vendors they may have one. One local here charges a small fee to slit rolls.
