Go to the bank and get large sum of money!

Call your local Mutoh dealer and schedule a service request!

Wait for service tech!

Ask lotsa question when service tech arrives!

Pay bill!

Make piles of money!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

First I would have a trained service tech examine the machine.

Short of that:

Step by step:

Determine how bad the problem is.
Turn it on and print.
Any nozzles?
Ink in lines?
Ink in dampers.
Headsoak, headsoak, headsoak.
Any nozzles?
If no:
Pull ink through the lines prior to dampers
Any flow?
If no, get a service tech, you have serious issues.
If yes, replace dampers and head.
Syringe from capping station.
If no flow, replace capping station.

Not necessary out of water.

We have one brand new mutoh valuejet 1604 using j-star ink for three days( SGIA 2007). It's been sitting there for well over a year without lines flushed. Replaced dampers, capping stations and it prints like new(maybe it was a new 1604) Fire it up; and print nozzle test; post it here and im sure we ought to help you out in according to the nozzle test print.
