how to double strike with Jv33?

Hi Guys,

Can a double strike ink be done on a Mimaki Jv33? I've been doing trial and error a lot and I can't seem to register correctly.
Any tips?

Double Striking is an in-rip function, wen creating a profile you select the number of layers to print. In Onyx it this ranges from 1 to 9.

function-setup-select user-ink layers-select how many layers you need

terminology depends on your rip; look for an area that addresses pass count, and you may find an option to overprint "x" # of times. It's not the same as pass count, but should be found around the same area of your software that lets you edit a profile

In the Flexi RIP, you will find it under: Output Settings>Driver Options>Overprint [1-9].

In Rasterlink under print condition, make the overprint box have a number 2 instead of a 1.
