im late to this thread but boxerbay is right, IMMEDIATELY find a new place for your shop.
they have broken the trust.
they have shown you they are capable of anything now.
they stole a customer in an arena they dont do business in. what would they say if they found out you were offering diesel mechanic work at half their price to their clients, and your not even in that business? shrug it off?
how long would you be allowed to stay in your subleased digs?
