How to improve colors?

Hello. I am new to this printing. We have GS6000 and using Onyx x10. I now try to print few stickers, with smaller letters, details, and colors seems not pure, and looking close on the sticker it looks little blurry.
I noticed if i prepare my files in Adobe Illustrator printing slightly improves.

Anybody can share technical how to correct printing process goes?

could be many things.

could be your file and nothing to do with printer or rip.

for best print quality of small text be sure your file is a vector file in AI and save as a PDF.

if you take that same file and run it as a tiff or jpg the small fonts will be less crisp.

Try printing uni-directional.
If that helps, stay uni (like we do) or do what the manual says to fix it.
