How to make a 3 sided 12'x6' hanging sign?

Got a request for an interior sign to be hung from a ceiling that is to be 3 12'x6' panels attached to eachother to form a triangle. How do I go about making this?
Not sure on the budget or materials, thats up to us but we have to put a quote together but not to sure where to start. It needs to be safe obviously as people will be walking underneath it. Has anyone here made something similar and how? I am thinking we may need to build a frame out of aluminium and attache the panels to that ... thinking 1/4" cintra.

WSDisplay.com can do them. Just send your artwork. Better option than struggling to figure it out on your own.

Moss would probably get you a better price since they are a manufacturer. Otherwise if your customer wanted a rigid sign, your idea of making a custom frame would be the best option. Only problem with rigid is that it would probably have to be tiled as I have not seen pvc in sizes over 80"x120" (komatex I think?). The Moss signs are nice and come with eyebolts to bridal for rigging. The page linked above only shows max height of 48", but I am pretty sure that custom sizing is available. It just may be a longer lead time.

Depends on how "clean" it needs to be. Is a visible frame acceptable?
How will it be hung?
I'd probably look at using 1x1 aluminum tube and 3mm pvc

I sell signage and signage accessories.
check specs of the ceilings it'll be hung from, aluminum and sintra is a lot of weight 20' in the air.

Also - I'd just get it made outta dyesub and a tentframe. Why? Because noone is going to cart around 3x 6' x 12' to tradeshows.
