How to make these signs?

Does anyone know how to make these signs? Local competitor is making them for $30 a piece. I don't see how they can do it this cheap. We have people wanting them but don't know how to cut them out in the shape. Can you use a band saw and cut coroplast or something?

Definitely not $30? But if you want to hang yourself you can try jig saw to cut the shape manually.

Do you know how to make them? I think a jig saw may butcher them? Do you think their using osb board instead to do them?
