how to make this effect with flexi or adobe

Merry Christmas to one and all, I wish everyone out there good health and much happiness in the new year, may we all prosper and continue to enjoy what we do.

I am wondering if anyone knows how the attached image effect is made. I have had several customers ask if I can create a cariature design, say
a cariature of person with a pluming business, or a yard work.

That clipart is in Shutterstock. You can grab some shutterstock clipart then you have to add all the effects. I'm no pro at this but in Flexi the chrome effect, gradients, outlines, shadows, all those things can be used to get close. Probably better effects available in Corel but I'm not sure how to use them. Gradient fills with outline then shadow...I'm operating at basic level so most can do better than me LOL

How is your airbrushing? all this new digital stuff can work an make it quick and very inexpensive but you lose a lot of the sweat and soul that used to be in the graphics - besides, if you brush your own original letters, no one will be able to find the digital font!
