Need Help How to measure and remake the retainer

Hi All:

One of our customers is asking to have two new sign faces on below poly sign, we only use the regular EX7 for sign retainer. Can any one tell me how to measure the size and remake a new retainer for this kind of sign?

Make a pattern of the sign cabinet.Cut your plastic and finish with jewelite

Jewelite is not going to hold that shit on! trim cap does not hold larger signs and it definitely doesn't hold larger signs in high wind.

you need to make a natural retainer out of aluminum you'll have to notch the aluminum and welded or use a two-part epoxy that is made for metal.
