Question how to purchase mutoh system board

i would like to purchase a system board for a mutoh vj 1638uh

most of my experience is with gerber, epson & roland

i have never had the pleasure of dealing with mutoh

can you purchase directly? or only through a distributor?

I just responded to your request on our site but figured I'd followup here. Mutoh only sells through dealers like us. They don't recommend end users replace boards but I've helped many people do so over email. The only issue is when you do it yourself, even with my help, there is no warranty unfortunately.

netsol we are a Mutoh authorized service center in NJ and can help you out with the replacement of the main board. Just so you know Mutoh has a policy that parts installed by a Mutoh authorized technician come with a 90 day parts warranty, if any one else installs them there is no warranty. Why do you feel it needs a board?
