How to seperate this for making t shirt screens

I need to separate this image and print some films for screen printing. How do I go about this I have flexipro cloud

Looks like a four spot color job on a blue shirt. I'd just use photoshop and separate the four colors.

Yup, color simulation. We use separation studio for that kind of work (photoshop can do kinda same thing, but separation studio is just simple)

It appears you have a few gradients on the wheels and helmet lens. Separation Studio will likely work better than Photoshop in this case. A vector file would be the best means of separating this image, though.
