We talk alot about our beliefs in how we believe our business grows in our FireHour.
We’re not afraid to break even or even lose money for a year while we invest in growth.
We do our best to listen to our clients and find alignment between what they ask us for, what they actually buy, and what we feel we’re good at producing.
We are constantly trying to simplify our process both inside and outside.
We invest in our people. For example, we take 20-25% of our team to printing united every year. We Let them make mistakes and grow.
And yes, we found a wonderful, specific, group of customers. We promote to them like crazy by trying to give them value added content.
