Just wanted to introduce myself. My name Jason Green and I've been in the sign industry since 1996 and on my own since 2003. Somehow, I just now discovered this website. After reading through many of the posts, it seemed like getting advice from you guys will help make my business better.

I'm moving into a larger location in a couple of weeks and that whole process has rejuvenated my spirit and energy for making signs. Joining this forum is another part of it.

Business has really picked up since this spring. Luckily, some of my biggest customers expanded their operations, so I got to do all of their signs. The best part about the move is I'm almost doubling my space and the rent is going down $700 a month. If you have a retail store, now is the time to get a good deal on new space, at least in Memphis.

I'm new to the forums myself and just like you I think the forums can help us out as well.

Glad to hear that you're getting a bargain on the place. If you don't mind me asking which part of Memphis are you in? I know some places have completely different prices on rent on similar buildings (ie Germantown vs Bartlett)
