HP 25500 Cutter Adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the cutter on the L25500 printer?

It recently started not cutting all the way through the 3M IJ180C-V3. It cuts the backing paper but not all of the vinyl. a quick tug and it comes loose. 55-110 for drying and cure temps. was thinking it was the heat causing I to form around the knife and not cut.

Also where can I get a replacement knife If need be? Well off to Google......

sounds like a dull knife, or your holder is loose. Parts are avaialble through your dealer.
