Need Help HP 260 Belt Loud Noise, Substrate Keeps Jamming

Hi, so I think the belt for my HP 260 is broken, it keeps making a loud noise when moving and if I try to print, then the printer will say substrate jam even though there is no substrate jam. My printer is out of warranty, does anyone know anyone that fixes this in the Chicagoland area or is this pretty easy to change by yourself?
