HP 260 Vertical Banding

Not sure where to go with this and Grimco is a bit slow responding. This pic is on Avery 1005 but it happens on all vinyl medias. (Only really see it on dark heavy coverage though)

We have:
Replaced all printheads
Increased vacume in profile
Increased heat
Tried other profiles
Printhead alignment and cleaning

We are going to try some other things we say on this forum, but does anyone recognize this issue?

Decreasing vacuume and turning down the curing temp helped a ton. But, now the ink isn't fully curing. Its either wet or has a haze.

I can't see how curing temps would have much effect. Drying temps maybe. If you have to keep curing temps lower then you'll have to up the passes to get the ink fully cured.
