HP 330 Latex Printer Error 86:11

Hello All,
I am in Houston Texas and I am looking for someone who can service an HP 330 Latex printer. We are getting an error message of 86:11 . I had a tech we used for several years and he responds to my text messages if
I have questions but when I ask him to come out I do not get any response. I am desperate!
