Hi guys,
Does anyone else have the problem with the HP 360 that the sheet cut feature can't cut very thick material? I even tried 13oz scrim banner but it hardly touched it. I did ask our rep if we need a new blade but was told this is normal, what experience has anyone else had? We also have a Roland Xr-640 and the sheet cut works on anything.
