We purchased a HP 365 new 5 years ago and havent had any problems with the take up reel of any kind. We moved and something happened in the move and I need help. The take up reel will work manually, using the arrows, but will not work normally. The light on the take up reel will be green when the printer turns on, but will eventually start blinking red/green. Til this point, you just lift up the bar and it resets, but it has quit doing that. I need to know if its the motor that has gone bad, or potentially something else. I can't get any response from Grimco, GSG, or Montroy reps so I am HOPING someone has some trouble shooting ideas to help me diagnosis the actual problem. Thanks
