HP 365 not seeing edge of vinyl

Hi my HP has stopped seeing the edge of the vinyl (all materials), I've cleaned the eye on the bed and found what looks like an eye on the print head carriage, (right-hand side) is there anything else to clean?

yes it is in the 8cm, its standard 1370mm
