HP 570 media jam - release or manual movement of media

If you have a media jam on the HP 570 is the a way to release the media or manually advance or back up the media? We just had a jam and a saw my employee pulling with all his might to get the media out of the machine.

If the printer is running I think it's in Settings -> Substrate -> Release pinchwheels or something like that.
When it's powered down, open the window and then turn it on. It should lift up the pinchwheels and ask you to close the window, remove the jam before that.
