HP 700 printing blurry

Hey guys, wondering if you can tell me why my HP 700 is printing blurry. All the print heads test fine individually but as soon as it starts printing and advancing the. The colors don't match up and everything becomes a blurry mess. I assumed it was an alignment issue but I did a auto alignment, a manual alignment, a substrate advance alignment and all of those didn't fix it. Thanks for any help!

Could be multiple things but it's all related to substrate advance. So try to figure out why it's not moving properly and you will fix it.
Did you clean the OMAS lense and try to turn it off?

Not sure if it applies to that model but on other Hp printers the vacuum setting set too high can cause similar issues.
