Hp 800W Feeding Issues with GF Static Cling

What could be causing static cling to not feed out or roll up correctly on our HP800W. Sometimes it stops advancing while printing cause it gets stuck, and other times it will print, but after it advances it out to cure, it can't roll it back in cause it gets stuck. We have been printing on Static cling for over a year. Today we advanced a bunch of media out and then tried to get it back in and it made the noise like it was trying to rewind it back in, but it wouldn't move. Any ideas on what to test. Other medias works fine.

Maybe glue stuck somewhere.
Are you using constant tension on the takeup?

I believe this will make no difference at all but do you have the anti static metal at the right end of the drive roller?

its strange cause it doesnt happen on any other media. So i would think if it was glue, it would affect them all. and yes, we use constant tension
