hp designjet 5000 all new inks will not seat

New Problem for me. I have the hp designjet 5000 and all the new inks out of the box will not seat. It says to "reseat" I have 2 of these machines and the other inks work ok on the other machine. Does anyone have this issue before?

Did you ever resolved the print head not seating problem,, and if so how did you do it??

Try unseating all then reseating one at a time...if it's 3rd party ink it could be the smart chip...if OEM, might be ink line assembly

I happen to have the same issue with the yellow head, which is an OEM head! I have ordered a new one, should arrive this coming week. If I have the same issue with that I will start looking for a leak in the line and also pull some ink up through the ink line as well,, and see what happens..
