I am suddenly having problems with customer supplied PDFs.
The latest issue involves a background with blends & soft shadows around text. I print directly from Adobe Acrobat X and have also converted to TIFFs.(full size 30"x80"@ 200DPI) The background print as if they are low resolution and the shadows aren't soft they are dark. The blends are banding. The text prints perfectly & the photographs print perfectly.
These files have been professionally prepared.
