Hp Designjet 8000

Alright I have an Hp Designjet 8000, I had an error message that said sytem error 1290, I know that this is saying to replace the prime assembly, which I have done. It is still popping up this error message when I start the printer again. I think I need to reset the counter, but have no clue of how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated, with this machine down, so is our production.

And now the thing keeps saying media not loaded. But there is media loaded. Oh my please help. It keeps stopping in the middle of a print. I think I can get around the error code from the above problem. Hope these two aren't related. Thanks in advance for any help.
