Hp Designjet 8000s Ink Problem

HI all.
Since a couple of days, our design jet 8000s has stopped printing light cyan.
I use it with Caldera V8.
If I change the setting in Caldera to CMYK, it's print quadri. But on the control stripe the light Cyan is not there at all.
A few days before I replaced the magenta print head. But immediately after that all the heads were printing fine.
Then a couple of days later, the light cyan, just stopped receiving any ink to the head.
Is it possible the two problems are connected?
Today. Replaced the prime assembly pump, but it made no difference.
Can any body give some advice to fix the problem?
I attached a photo example.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and best regards.
Max

What happens when you do a print head test?

How do you clean the machine? Could this have damaged the head?
What happens when you do a Print Head Recovery?
Is it possible that there is a lose connection to the head?

HI.
Thanks for the reply.
I clean the machine regularly as instructed, the caps first with the cap cleaning fluid, then wipe the heads with a dry cloth.
When I do a print head recovery it doesn't change anything.
I checked the connection to the print head. I it seems to be OK.
I also tried a different prime assembly (pump). And that didn't change any thing.
Any ideas?
Thanks and best regards.

When you say that you wipe the heads with a dry cloth what do you mean? Are you wiping the bottom of the heads or the just the sides? FYI never touch the bottom of the heads....ever.

What instructions are you following to clean the machine? Are you following the book or someone else's instructions?
What do your pump/drain tubes look like?
Does your capping station have any damage to it?
