Hp designjet 800ps color plotter

Hi , I want to know if a HP DESIGNJET 800PS COLOR PLOTTER is a good printer for printing on vinyl to make signs for the outside. When the signs are printed are they weather proof already?
If any one knows please let me know .

No, it's not a good fit. It's a printer for architects, engineers, and CAD folks.
