HP Designjet 9000s colors missing completely

Hi,

DesignJet 9000s only prints 2 of the 6 colors at the IQ Print.
4 caps of the missing colors are dry so I tried to do the "washing printheads" to fill the caps with ink.
No success. Caps still look dry.

I would be thankful If someone here can give me some help.

A PM might work, but it sounds more like there is a bigger issue there. Has the machine been well cared for? Can you here all the pumps running when a strong head clean is done? Is this a new issue or has it been slowly progressing to this?

Speaking of 9000s colors, can anyone tell me the order of the colors in the capping station? (black being on the right)
