HP Designjet 9000s - Yellow will not print

Of course our service contract ran out the day after we started having this problem.

The yellow ink does not print a drop. I have run all the maintenance that I know of --- soaked the caps over night and still cannot get anything to come out.

Any help would be much appreciated.

can you get a syringe, and prime the line?

no syringe. if I were to get one ... how would I go about priming the line? any links/tips are appreciated.

unhook waste line coming down from caps pre-pump - attach 60cc syringe (tractor supply, or farm supply stores) and pull
