HP DJ5500 Printing problems

Hey everybody...

We have a DJ5500 that we use to print line color blueprints on, photo enlargements etc etc. It is a great machine but we are having an issue that we cannot figure out. We are sending a line color blueprint to the printer, and where it should be printing black, it is printing dark red. There is black ink in the machine, we did a printhead clean, and a manual cleaning, but it is still doing this....any suggestions before we shell out money for a service tech?

The only reason I ask is because we used non-oem one time and it was a profile issue. That is really weird. could nozzles be clogged? and not letting out other color that mixes with red, i'm not sure. I dont know too much about HP's. Good luck.
