Hp fb 550 lamp error code e-cn-12

Hi, need help please, have this error code on my fb machine won’t let me print. Had both shutters replace from my fb700, still not working. Has anyone came across this code?

Have you any other lamp related error in the attention queue? How much running hours have the lamps?

replaced lamps, also the shutter has been replace from my working fb700. And the ones off the fb550, are working fine on the fb700. Any idea what to check or try?

I am also getting the error when I try to do BIDI callibration. any suggestions?
