HP FB700 - cyan issue, any suggestions?

We have been having some quality issues with our cyan head for about 4 weeks now. The cyan is banding and the jets in the manual jets mapping range from normal to slanted, to blurry, etc. We are going back and forth with tech support, but until we get a clear answer on the problem, we are wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and what, if anything, they did to fix it. Hopefully the pictures below are good visual aids. Thank you!!

Hi Looks like you had a head rub or hit. Not much you can do cyan heads need changed. I have a Fb500 and waiting for cyan print heads they are on back order so good luck with yours.
