HP ink problem

I just put in a new cyan. But it is saying it is only 5% full. Is their a way to get it to read right? Will it print all of ink in cartiage even though it thinks is very low?

Don't know why it wouldn't print, but I would be on the phone with your supplier or HP. Our initial yellow cart wouldn't work at all when our printer was setup last year.

One of the reasons I don't like cartridges.
