HP L25500 ink starvation problem.

Hello,

I have a strange problem, i keep getting ink starvation problems in K/Y printhead
There is simply no ink in printhead K/Y
Full printhead weights 60g mine weights 50g

Its not broken bag problem, could be ink delivery system problem?

Any clues?

It's a pressurized system...did anyone try to change a cartridge without telling the printer? This turns your cartridge into a blow fish...you may have ink in your air tube...that could cause this problem..look at the ink tubes entering the carriage at the left...are they all filled with ink?
could be ISS board, could be inkline assembly...I would replace head and ink cartridge first...
