HP L25500 Recalibrating Issues

Hello,
Running HP L25500 with onyx 10. I am having colour problems after recalibrating profiles using the recalibrate button in onyx 10. Using the built in eye on the machine. Sometimes the profiles recalibrate fine and sometime the results are very dark across the board. The medias I am having current issues with is Ferrari Decolit and Oracal 3621 removable vinyl. Not sure what's going on, any help would be appreciated.
