Hp L26500 + flexi 10?

Anyone currently using hp l26500 + newset version of flexi. Most media ok but I can not get it to print on ultra flexi banner, also tryed fellers house brand banners same deal, anyone have profile that works? I talked to flexi, hp no one can help. :thankyou:
