HP L26500 - how low can you go?

I've been running this temperamental piece of equipment for too many years now, and it is deciding to melt vinyl decal. I am now running tests to see how low I can drop the temps and change the air flow to have a good print. I was wondering where others in this community are running their temps and air flow on this machine. We are currently running in 10 pass mode. :banghead:

I run vinyl at max temp and airflow, you need to nuke it to get enough ink down for respectable gamut. You may have a problem with your IR sensor or heater assembly if it running way too hot. Try an IR thermometer to see if it is out of spec.
