Can you send a calibration command from the RIP?
Any mention of the process in the Info Window?
Does the job ever get to the print queue?
If so how long does it stay there?
Does it go back to the Held queue after it fails?

Yes, gets to print queue, 290MB file approx 6 seconds then back to normal queue. No errors.

I just dug in and see I am getting an error in DNS settings and One DNS configured failed.
