We had an HDD crash a couple of weeks ago and decided to upgrade to the latest version all related software and firmware.
Since the firmware upgrade calibration wont work on any perforated stock.
Since the IPS upgrade loading files is a pain in ..., say I only load one, the size the IPS tells me for that file is of by approximately 2 inches.
If I print it it prints good but offsetted on the media by that amount. If I load 2 separate files as a nesting all the sizes are good ??
Any one else gets these issue ?
Any one knows were I can get older versions of the IPS so I can roll back.
