HP latex 115 and plotter not cutting correct

I'm using the HP latex 115 printer with the matching HP 54" plotter. The cut lines are not matching up for the last few weeks, it used to print/cut perfect for the past 3 years, I can't find anything online about an adjustment/calibration to use. Any advice?

You have an OPOS Calibration function in the plotters menu: load a dark vinyl with white backing, choose CAL OPOS, the plotter will cut a rectangle, weed the rectangle, press enter, the plotter will now scan the weeded rectangle and will calibrate itself.

This doesnt help if the cutter is in bad condition (worn pinch rollers and so on), or some other issues avoiding good tracking.
