Recently purchased a new HP Latex 315 Print & Cut system using Flexi 22. I am having a problem when printing and cutting a tiled job. To achieve the best color consistency when tiling prints, I am am doing the "Automatic tile flip". It prints as suppose to, flipping every other panel. The problem I am having is when cutting the contour. The cut marks are off 180 degrees on the panels that are "Flipped". It's like the printer is understanding to flip every other panel, but the cutter is not. Today I printed a job into 4 panels. Checked "Automatic tile flip" in PM and sent to print. Panel 2 & 4 were printed "Flipped", but then both panels were contour cut exactly 180 degrees off. I'm thinking it is flipping the printed design but not flipping the barcode. I stayed on phone with SAI for about 1 1/2 hours with no help. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks in Advance!!!!

It's got to be something easy. Have you googled the problem? I know HP has a forum that is helpful sometimes. Flexi customer support is pretty good so I'm surprised they didn't have a solution. Another option is to call the people who bought it from and see if they have any ideas.
But I bet there's a box on the cut tab in your print manager that you have to check.
