HP Latex 330 - error

Good day all,

May someone help, our HP Latex 330 keeps marking cartridges unusable, even if the have ink. this problem is on Op .

Usually the ink cartridge sensor in the printer. We've had 2 replaced, pretty common issue on these.

Have experienced this all the way back to the first generation HP Latex, printer will suddenly reject a half full cartridge, usually marking it faulty cartridge. No way to get it working again.. only way is new cartridge.. strange that this still is an issue on the 300 series

The system is still pretty much same but now the issue is not the cartridge, it's the bottom.
L330 also has the old version of the PIP. HP has since made a new version of the part that seems to perform better.
